Vegan Chicken Mayo Toast

I had the red pesto vegan chicken mayo toastie and it was lovely, despite the

picture which looks dry (it wasn’t)! Such a nice twist on chicken mayo. However, I ordered from knead Palmyra junction (Claremont) and their service was atrocious. Waited an hour and a half for delivery.

My picture is half of the toastie that I couldn’t finish in one sitting. And that’s a whole meal on its own!

I love that Knead uses On The Greenside Chicken, the toasted mayo was really good!
