dish. The components (sweet potato, quinoa, chickpeas and a avocado-tofu mash) by themselves are ok, nothing to write home about, but somehow that smooth pink hummus brings it all together. This dish is much more than the sum of its parts. #foodrebel
we try the Buddha Bowls at Kitchen by Food Rebel. The owner Elika is truly inspiring and super focused on plant-based food. This bowl was definitely pricey at $19 but worth every penny! Think sweet potato, chickpeas, beetroot hummus (divine!), quinoa, tofu-avocado tartare and tahini. You won’t be dissapointed!
