One of my fave dishes at one of my fave restaurants. The vegan Buddha bowl
is packed full of delicious flavours, colours and nutrition. I always feel Super satisfied and full after this hearty healthy meal.

Presented beautifully, the beetroot hummus really leaps out at you as the centrepiece of the
dish. The components (sweet potato, quinoa, chickpeas and a avocado-tofu mash) by themselves are ok, nothing to write home about, but somehow that smooth pink hummus brings it all together. This dish is much more than the sum of its parts. #foodrebel
Autobus has been my go-to place for vegan bowls in Singapore but a friend suggested
we try the Buddha Bowls at Kitchen by Food Rebel. The owner Elika is truly inspiring and super focused on plant-based food. This bowl was definitely pricey at $19 but worth every penny! Think sweet potato, chickpeas, beetroot hummus (divine!), quinoa, tofu-avocado tartare and tahini. You won’t be dissapointed!
An extremely colourful and micronutrient dense bowl. What an absolute banger! I absolutely love the
beetroot hummus in the middle, along with the drizzle of tahini across the ingredients. Will definitely be back again 👌🏻

Not worth the $17. I received a mountain of salad, with very little of what
was supposed to be a Buddha bowl. Not sure what happened here, but I would never recommend this.
It was SO good!!! I enjoyed this dish very very much and if I could
afford it i wld eat it every day. Dishes like this make Vegan a tastier lifestyle!
Love this bowl but it’s not the cheapest!! The quality is good though, but I
was still hungry afterwards.
