been searching for a plant-based alternative that can match the taste and texture. I am happy to say that I have found an almost identical version! These organic tofu cakes are perfectly fried to a golden brown, with a great blend of green beans, kaffir lime, and red curry paste. To complete the dish, it is served with a side of fresh cucumber and ground peanuts in a sweet chili sauce. It was truly delicious and a great starter for any Thai meal.
