Kimchi Ramen with Gyoza

simply DELICIOUS!!! I loved how many veggies were in this. The Kimchi broth was so rich and delicious, with the perfect level of spice. And the gyozas to accompany were so yummy!

I'm not sure why the dish no longer comes with gyoza, but anyway, it was a nice warm and hearty meal to eat, but don't order this if you are expecting something authentic. I liked this version in the photograph which had shimeiji mushrooms, but when I ordered it a separate time it didn't come with shimeiji mushrooms and came with other mushrooms instead, which wasn't as nice. I liked the texture of the noodles though.

I'm always very skeptical wen ordering ramen cos it's easy to go wrong with it. But this one is good. Generous portion n, soup is slightly thick'ish kind of broth. You can taste the kimchi n Lots of vege-cabbage carrot corn kimchi broccoli tomato shimeji mushroom n tofu. And the gyoza is yumms too, mushroom n vege gyoza semi steamed semi pan fried. Very satisfying dish. And, just got to show off my window seat with a view. 😬
