Kimchee Sautéed Udon

Spicy stir fried udon with soy protein, mushrooms, peppers, scallions and kimchee cabbage. The noodles are soooo good! Its a spicy dish even when we request mild but it’s soooo good. Can’t stop eating it. One of our favorite dishes.
