Kiao Satay

These dumplings came in the same delicious and rich peanut sauce as the gai satay. There were plenty for four people to share (among other small plates). It’s very much a soft dumpling, steamed as opposed to fried. If I had to choose one, I’d probably recommend the gai satay but if you have enough people to share both, you won’t be disappointed.
