Pleasantly surprised by this! Tastes just like the regular chicken sandwich. They use lightlife, and

it really pays off! Also, I double checked with KFC corporate to make sure the entire sandwich is plant based (the mayo and the bun), and not just the chicken cutlet, and they confirmed it is! Yay! I did end up adding a bit more lettuce to the sandwich, but overall, VERY pleased!
