I normally find banana based vegan ice cream too sweet because cane sugar or fructose
corn syrup is added. However, my vanilla and chocolate soft serve at Keep Banana was superb.
Lightly sweetened with dates, which has a low glycemic index, my tummy flora and taste buds were happy eating it. And it was soft serve!
The toppings were healthy, ranging from fresh blueberries, to raw cacao chips, to dried coconut flakes. The spoons and cups are all edible and low sugar.
