Salem do possibly the best Seitan I’ve had and I’ve had a few. Worth the hours drive to get one, two or four of their feeds they are that good. Some people don’t like that they’re not served with hot chips on their options, but I don’t eat hot chips so it serves me well. Friendly, helpful staff as well.
