I love everything about this dish. Pictured above is HALF of the vegan Pad Thai
dish. It is full of flavor, the perfect balance of spicy, savory, and slightly sweet, and is extremely customizable.
I added crispy tofu, extra veggies, and I did add an egg, making it not technically vegan, but it’s 100% vegan without it! The dish starts at 13 dollars which is so reasonable for the amount of food you get. I always split it up and save some for leftovers the next day.
