We had this cut in half and it was enough to share between two for
breakfast. Gorgeous fresh green pesto (slathered on nice and thick) and the most delicious aged cashew cheese. Normally I struggle with baguette bread because I find it so chewy and overwhelming but this was so fresh that it was easy enough to eat. this is goddamn delicious and I’d say reasonably priced for a vegan place. the prices
are aligned with other higher end western places in thao dien, that are not vegan. the cheese is creamy and soft. really impressed.
