Kappa Maki

Got this only bc this is one of the few options w veg 😂 Trying Genki for the first time and besides the very on-demand delivery of the sushi direct at your table via the conveyor belt sliding counter mechanics.. I still don’t really see why there are constant long queues at genki outlets everywhere 🤭 In fact, the both the seaweed & jap rice were rather dry, flat. & rice is so impt to me 😅 $1.80 (excl. gst svc charge)

The crunchiness of the cucumbers along with the soft sticky rice produced a slightly savoury taste to the dish! It was tasty :)
