'Kam Heong' Monkey Head Mushrooms (甘香猴头菇)

This is one of my favorite dishes in Chinese vegetarian restaurants. The version served at this place was as expected. There were chunky pieces of monkey head mushrooms and a coloring array of vegetables. Well seasoned and simply delicious! #monkeyheadmushroom #kungpao
