Kale Caesar

Simply a great vegan Caesar! All the components are fresh and flavorful. Not the most filling salad they have so I recommend a side of the kale artichoke dip.

A great light yet filling salad. All the vegetables were really fresh, but the star of the show was definitely the shiitake bacon. Super crispy and smoky and adds a ton of depth to an already solid salad. Honourable mentions to the almond parm, maple croutons and caesar dressing too. I’ve had a bunch really boring no effort vegan Caesar salads and this tops all the rest by leaps and bounds!
