Pumpkin Spice Donut w/ Whipped Cream

Wednesday is Donut Day at Kaf!!🍩 Donuts used to be my obsession and often-time choice of indulgence, but I hadn't had one since going vegan 2.5 YEARS AGO.😵 When we went and got cakes, I was too full to eat one at the café, but of course I wasn't going to skip on the opportunity and took one home with me.🏠 I got the donut with a pumpkin spice icing and vegan whipped cream because it was the only one without chocolate icing (sorry, but that's not for me🙅‍♀️). I give it 9/10 - being my 1ST VEGAN DONUT, this was so very delicious. It brought me straight back to little Lea with a glazed donut in each hand and a big smile on her face.☺️ The texture was spot-on, and the icing was sweet and pumpkin spice-y, but I didn't like the whipped cream, so I scraped that off. But I obviously happily gobbled up the rest of the donut without any guilt.😋 and this is my reminder: COME TO KAF ON WEDNESDAYS!!👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
