Kachumber Salad

After first trying this salad years ago, I googled recipes for it so we could make it at home. It contains similar ingredients to Italian and other salads (tomatoes, onions, cucumbers), but the spices used to enhance the fresh veggies give it a pop of heat and citrus. SO GOOD! #kachumber #Indianfood
