A vegan spin on a Mexican classic dish.
This dish did not disappoint with the
vegan egg, the tortillas and fresh toppings were a great touch.
The beans were well cooked and the egg had a really good texture and flavor to it. Reminded me of breaking the yolk when the the first vegan egg rolled out about 8 years ago.
Would highly recommend getting this dish if you’re looking to eat and not get too full.
