Plushi is something every vegan needs to try. Its more than just the plant based sushi, it’s about the experience! The ordering process is absolutely seamless and they personalise your order by including a stick of incense and a Spotify link to a playlist suited for your platter - which is the cutest idea ever! It is a bit pricey, but like I said it’s something you just need to try to understand why. Definitely would love ordering it again for picnic in the summer.

Another unbelievable platter from Plushi. The attention to detail once again, is just next level. We had 3 non vegans sharing with us and they were just as in awe as we were. Flavours are incredible and the whole experience is just amazing.
