The oyster leaf was served on top of a shot glass of vegetables in a
dressing which tasted so much like a real oyster! Just like the sea! I’ve never had a plant based “sashimi” before and was very impressed! The texture was very satisfying, the flavour nice and fresh. I liked the pink guava sphere with pistachio cracker and seaweed cracker too. The corn croquette and lavender pillow cracker were nothing to write home about.
