My mom ordered this dish but of course I tried it as it is featured
on JINYA’s new plant based menu!! It was soooo delicious! The chickpeas are coated and crispy and the curry ranch is to die for! Great and creative flavors!

I thought it would be dry but honestly it was perfect. Lots of variety, the
sauce is fantastic, has Impossible Meat and chickpeas for a great source of protein. It’s about $14 but the bowl is massive and could be two meals.
this was the impossible rice bowl. it. was. SO. GOOD. the curry sauce made everything
so much better. and the chickpeas are amazing. the pickled onions were a nice touch as well!
