So delicious, really delighted by the a page in the menu that showed off several
of their vegan options. Filling, satisfying, and yummy. The broccoli florets on top was crispy and savory!

Jinya has expanded their menu including this new vegan ramen! I loved all the toppings
on it + they filled my bowl to the brim (I wish you could see how deep this bowl was)! The soy meat and the broccolini was a nice touch (^o^)
The ramen here is always worth the wait/the crowd that builds up on weekend nights!
