Jerk Tofu with Vegetable Rice

This consisted of tofu seasoned with Jamaican herbs and spices that was smoky with a medium amount of heat and cooked with fresh veggies, seasoned vegetable rice, tender seasoned cabbage, red and green bell peppers, and onions, and fried ripe, soft, sweet, caramelized plantains.
