Jars of joy: Peppermint crisp tart

These Jars of Joy all started with a Chocolate mousse which in all honesty I thought would be impossible to top! I was horribly mistaken! The best mousse I've ever eaten in my life was followed shortly by the best peppermint crisp tart I've ever had in my life. Its silky & creamy & full of choc chip pieces and a light biscuit! It's a little piece of heaven in a jar!
