Japanese Karaage Fried Mushrooms

This was the final dish... I've never heard of woodear mushrooms before, but they were very tasty and came highly recommended again. They did not disappoint. There's fermented genmaicha slaw, avocado, vegan mayo and sweet soy with it. Lots of flavors like the other dishes!
