What a meal!! Black beans, plantains, vegan cheese, jalapenos, mango and tomatoes and avocados. wrapped in a galette. Amazing flavours and everything! This was a fairly large portion actually, Makes a great (as in big, and also awesome) brunch. I think the galette batter is #glutenfree (using buckwheat) but maybe confirm with them. Vegan cafe and zero-waste shop in Brixton. They do large breakfasts, a range of vegan sandwiches and galettes (savoury and sweet) and they have a range of vegan brazilian dishes too, which i’m excited to try at some point! Owned and run by lovely folk from Brazil i believe. The place is also a zero-waste shop, with a Minor Figures dispenser (it’s the first time i’ve seen one).
