A breakfast spot, Breakfast Revolution has mainly egg-based dishes, so it was a pleasant surprise, when I went here with family, that they had a separate vegan section on the menu. It contains 5 items, and they are pretty substantial and interesting!
This dish comes with a delicious blueberry-jalapeño jam, Italian vegan sausage that was delightfully crumbly and super tasty, light and airy plant-based eggs, vegan hollandaise, topped with a yummy chimichurri or pesto, on a little English muffin, plus a ton of great house potatoes on the side that I couldn’t even finish!
I think that’s also a horseradish-style hot sauce on the side? Not sure, but it was good.
Super cute that it comes on a plate tagged #vegan. Beneath the food, it says the meal is powered by plants! Probably makes it easier to not mess up the dish and know you were served the right thing, especially when vegan foods are getting more and more convincing.
Would 100% get this again or another vegan dish off their menu. Each ingredient was incredible separate and a masterpiece together.
