This breakfast came with scrambled tofu, roasted cauliflower, mushrooms, tomatoes, zucchini and tarragon aioli. Very
tasty. I love all the veggies in the scramble. It was a great price at only $12 too.

I would think much of this is locally sourced and organic.,it’s on Hawthorne in Portland.
Very tasty and hearty; a bed of hashbrowns with just enough crisp and crunch, zucchini’s and spinach, cauliflower and baked tofu with a vegan aioli, sourdough bread. I can eat and this was filling, even if I hadn’t started with a third of an order of French toast sticks, also vegan but no photo:(
Classic American breakfast but with vegan options! Loved the tofu scramble and French toast, but
the hot chocolate could be chocolatier.
