Mushroom Tofu Sandwich With Avocado Sauce

Ich habe mir das Sandwich bestellt, weil ich ein Mega Fan von Avocado bin. Für meinen Geschmack hätte es mehr Avocado sein können, zumal das Brot sehr dick war. Die Scheibe Brot könnte im Verhältnis dünner werden. Zu dem Sandwich wurden Süßkartoffeln Pommes und ein Salat mit balsamico Dressing serviert. Allem im allem war es Geschmacklich ein leckeres Gericht und eine sättigende Portion.

I really wanted to like this sandwich (I only ordered it because they were out of the lasagna!) but was a bit disappointed. It has a veggie patty (quite small compared to the bread) with avocado sauce, lettuce, and tomato, served on really thick brown bread. This bread would be great for avocado toast but doesn’t work so well on a sandwich. The middle was super soft (broke apart!) but the crust was burnt and not visible because the bread is dark. I had to actually take off the crusts like a 5 year old. I appreciate that the potato isn’t fried, but it’s just plain and comes with a side “salad” that’s really more of a basic garnish.
