Verde Enchiladas

Wow! What a place! If you’ve never. Went to New York OR if you have

never liked Mexican food this place will change your mind! Super fun Mexican vibe, fab cocktails, amazing vegan food. We started off with the nachos then I had the verde enchiladas with Spanish rice. Killer!!! 5 ⭐️ You will not be disappointed! I promise! Would have loved to try dessert, but we had a hard enough time rolling out of there! 🤪

I haven’t had anything like this since becoming vegan. Loved these enchiladas! The filling had

smokey palm “carnitas” and coconut queso. The sauce was pretty acidic but was toned down by the wonderful Spanish rice and crema. I recommend getting a side of black beans with this dish.

My husband ate these enchiladas and really liked them, vey authentic 😊
