Ok, let’s rewind a bit. These tacos were filled with banana blossoms, avocado, and salsa botanera🌶 They were well seasoned, soft and juicy. The texture reminded me of young jackfruit quite a bit.
Now I’m more than ever curious to try my hands on them👩🏻‍🍳, if I can find some.
