Wow what a delicious treat!!!! Super moist, perfectly spiced and the frosting is so close
to cream cheese I had to remind myself this is vegan.
Only thing missing are some nuts - I like carrot cake with pecans for crunch…

At R50 a slice I was expecting something magical and this lived up to my
expectations 😋 it was super moist, beautifully flavoured and the cream cheese frosting was so delicious 😋
