Vegan Carrot Cake

Wow what a delicious treat!!!! Super moist, perfectly spiced and the frosting is so close

to cream cheese I had to remind myself this is vegan.

Only thing missing are some nuts - I like carrot cake with pecans for crunch…

At R50 a slice I was expecting something magical and this lived up to my

expectations 😋 it was super moist, beautifully flavoured and the cream cheese frosting was so delicious 😋

A very sugary sweet #carrotcake . The cake itself was light, fluffy and tasty. Hated

the icing though. For the price, I was hoping for a traditional #veganised fresh cream cheese icing. I had to leave it as it was just too unpleasantly overpowering.

There are better #vegan carrot choices at other places.
