Jackfruit Tacos

The jackfruit was a touch dry, but the avo and vegan mayo more than made up for it. Tough to eat as it tried to fall apart, but the taste makes that almost irrelevant. Either grab a knife and fork or ditch the dignity and dive in- I did!
