Katsu Don

A wonderful dish of katsu. I believe the chicken was made from seitan but I could be wrong. Regardless, it was very tasty, not too oily and a wonderful texture. It is served on a bed of lovely salad as well as some cauliflower, corn and a choice of white or brown rice (brown for me).

Great food and lovely restaurant. Free from animal exploitation, so good 💪🏾🌱
