Featuring romanesco, a cross between broccoli and cauliflower that I rarely see being served in

F&Bs! Served with a thin layer of beetroot hummus (somewhat dry for my liking, maybe because they use less oil?), alongside a handful of alfalfa sprouts, baby radish, cherry tomatoes, edamame soybeans, unseasoned chickpeas, and crushed pistachio nuts. A very colourful, light, clean, and minimally seasoned salad. I understand that they focus on only natural ingredients, and use olive oil and Pansalt without MSG or refined sugar. Nonetheless it was rather bland and I would have liked more herbs and spices - which are natural and healthy! Perhaps also a slightly more generous amount of ingredients as there were only 3 florets of romanesco haha.
