Avocado Sushi

Huge scoop of guacamole on top of each sushi, topped with a piece of crunchy corn chip.

Very yummy. Cucumber inside the roll, topped with guacamole which didn't taste alot like it. Tasteless on its own. Ate the second piece with the teriyaki sauce on the plate and it tasted better.

Not easy to find Vegan sushi! Texture is great with the avocado and taco. There's a contrast there so it taste good. Worth a try!

The sushi rice was a little dry but I still enjoyed. They also gave a generous amount of avocado #veganisnotscary
