The Italian Stallion Sandwich was loaded with hahm, pupperoni, mozzarella cheeze, lettuce, tomatoes, and banana peppers, served on a hoagie bun and drizzled with red wine vinaigrette. unpopular opinion alert! This is the only sandwich at @seitansrealmcbus that I do not love. To me, there are way too many competing flavors. The seitan hahm and pupperoni are both so strongly seasoned that they seem to compete with each other and not mesh. Along with those as well as the Mozzarella cheeze, lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, and red wine vinaigrette drizzle, it's all a bit too much. That being said, this is my husband's favorite sandwich at Seitan's realm, and he gets it every time 🤣 So while it's not for me, you might love it! My husband loved this. It was STUFFED with seitan. Very flavorful and filling without making you feel weighed down.

I was truly surprised at how good this was. It looked dry at first, and then I tasted it and was fooled. So flavorful and more than enough to last two meals.

Another delicious sandwich! The seitan pepperoni is delicious with the effect Italian flavor. It also has ham, lettuce, tomato, banana peppers and delicious Italian sauce. It's a really large sandwich as well! #abillionlove #veganin2021
