Impossible Burger

I’m grateful that there’s SOMETHING to eat as a vegan at Yankee stadium, but they’ve got a long way to go on the vegan meal front! This was your classic Beyond Burger with vegan cheese, lettuce, & tomato. I was happy I had something to eat, but would love to have more options for a meal!
