Delicious bowl with a vegan mashed potato or lettuce base (I picked the mashed potato
base but there was still some lettuce in the bowl), antipasti with balsamic vinegar crema, cherry tomatoes, chopped walnuts, pickled onions, vegan "goat" cheese and balsamic dressing. The ingredients are very fresh and the sauces are very aromatic. They make every bowl fresh before your eyes while you are there. Due to the lockdown, the restaurant only offers take-away until further notice.
