Gin is a rare find in Liguria as one of the few, if not the only restaurant to offer a fully vegan tasting menu. This is their carousel of antipasti. It included figs and vegan affettato, an almond savoury serbet, wakame salad and something else I forgot haha! Anyway this is unbelievable and super original. Well done!
