Molto molto buona. I cubetti di parepancetta sono spettacolari, il piatto era davvero buonissimo

I have been missing this dish so much! And I was not disappointed. I might advice to put a bit more grated “cheese” to give to the dish a stronger cheesy kick typical of the traditional dish, but overall it was very good!
