Matcha Mont Blanc

When travelling, I rarely ever pay a second visit to the same place (this is

in keeping with the spirit of exploration and of #forthedollar 😛) Yet Hvala made me do it, what an amazing place. And I don't even like tea all that much 🤯

This #montblanc is a contender for the most memorable vegan #dessert I have ever had ☺️ The #almond #frangipane, #matcha #chestnut paste, and vegan cream dovetailed beautifully into something that was earthy, nutty, and yet #sweettooth friendly 😋 Plus the pastry was crusty and buttery, and the whole thing is so easy on the eye 🤩 @dafnelately will have her wrong opinion on this, but I strongly recommend that you give this a try!

I could hardly believe this Mont Blanc tart was vegan!!! This goodness was filled with

light and fluffy cream, and a delicious almond frangipane. Extremely thankful for Hvala for introducing an all vegan outlet at Craig Road!

Soy milk tart shell layered with black sesame sponge cake and fluffy oat milk cream

with crispy genmai toasted brown rice hidden inside. Topped with a mountain of matcha chestnut purée swirls and edible flowers. Beautiful and tasty dessert! ($8.80)

Love it. Very smooth texture and not so sweet. Ate it together with Genmaicha which

is good combination. Perfect for afternoon tea.

So happy that this Hvala branch is fully vegan! 💚

This particular dessert is very unique.

It has a well-balanced of bitterness and sweetness. The cream is very smooth and fluffy with bits of genmai.

This dessert is super decadent. But without the guilt of course. Matcha flavour is

on point. Hot damn
