This is a creamy veggie pasta, with some shaved toasted coconut and shitake. The taste
is ok, not very cheesy and the “coconut bacon” is not exactly that. I think smokey tempeh would work better, with a cashew based cream. The mac and cheese is a better choice especially for a kid.
