Interesting! Like artichoke tempura! Light for a fried dish. The mayo dip that came with it was exceptional

i love artichokes so was very excited to try this new appetizer. crunchy on the outside and just slighy seasoned so you still get all the subtle flavor of the artichokes. dip it comes with was very nice too
