The noodles are pretty good. Bouncy and smooooth.. dumplings wise some may feel the skin is a lil thick especially where two layers fold together. However due to the smoothness of the skin you probably won’t mind too much of it. Sauce is ok. I am the kind who loves intense flavours so this dish isn’t something I’d crave for. All that said it is still a delicious meal that I enjoyed a lot.
