Hola hemp tamale hash

This dish was so delicious that I forgot to take a pic, so a pic of the menu will have to do. A really yummy, well balanced vegan Mexican breakfast dish. The sweet potatoes were tender and make this dish. This is really one of our favorite places to eat and never disappoints.
