i’m team ranch over bleu cheeze any day but i wanted to try giving it
a shot and it wasn’t bad - not my absolute fave (still would’ve preferred ranch) but it tastes exactly how you would hope for a nice salad of this kind! the bleu cheeze has less of a crumbly texture than usual but it’s super realistic tasting and complements the spicy buffalo chk’n really well, while all the other salad components (greens / tomatoes / carrots) pull it all together with a feeling of freshness! only complaint, it sogs up pretty quickly, so not the best take-out item.. 🌶🥗🍗
