Vegan Schnitzel

Stoked that the red wine jus here is vegan. The crumb on the schnitzel was perfectly golden and crunchy. The texture of the schnitzel was better than other shelf products I've had. I'm glad it was house made. Yummy with hot English mustard as well (added) and a decent serving size value wise.

The schnitzel was so gross in my opinion. Seitan gone wrong! But it was so nice to see a vegan gravy included in the dish.
