A new week doesn't mean the pleasure has to stop! Today I finally got to
visit a food bowl from this "new" restaurant in Marburg, where I study. Besides two vegan options, you get to create your own bowl, which I would highly recommend.
Starting with € 5,90. Basics are free, including kidney beans, chickpeas, corn, tomatoes, cucumber, paprika, beetroot, arugula, escallion and parsley. For € 1,20 each, you can get some tops, the vegan ones being avocado, hummus and nut mix. Special toppings are 1,90 each and include falafel as the only vegan option. On top, they have a vegan paprika sauce, which is really good!
I was blown away again and have a great lunch today!
