Hedgehog Mushrooms with Teriyaki Sauce and Rice

You can choose between tomato, black pepper and teriyaki sauce to go with this generous portion of hedgehog mushroom! The mushrooms are well cooked and absorb a lot of flavor, so they make great accompaniments to the rice. #veganisnotscary

This meal was filling and tasty. The texture of the mushrooms was very meat-like, although I didn't love the flavour of the sauce. A meal that's satisfying and good value for money.
