The herbal taste of the soup was very thick and there was lots of ingredients

like mushrooms, tofu skin, carrot etc. This is also my favourite Soba shop because they make their own soba with organic buckwheat flour from japan!

Love that they pride themselves as serving only pure buckwheat soba. The noodles are al

dente and have a bite to them unlike manufactured versions or those that have egg and flour. Herbal flavour is great, they even use Chinese herbs.
